8/13/2026 CCLQ @ Maggie's

Welcome to this week's meeting of the Cherry Creek Lane Quilters!

Candy supplied the Birthday cupcakes for both Maggie (13th) and Carol's (14th) Birthdays.

Deborah knew exactly what quilters like as a birthday gift.  Charms! How thoughtful.

Candy is having fun making more wedge table toppers.

Carol has this Sewing Panel block quilt all done and ready to donate.

Deedee and Cheryl are sitting pretty and having fun.

Deedee showed us her in process design wall which has some Steam Punk panel fabric.

Britt has a donation top together and now is debating on what to use as the border.

That's it for these hot summer days!

8/6/26 - CCLQ @ Deborah's

Welcome to this week's meeting of the Cherry Creek Lane Quilters!!  Today, eight members met at Deborah's house.  Thank you for hosting us, Deborah!

After chatting and some snacks...

Candy started off the Show and Tell portion of our meeting:

Joy is working on YELLOW projects this month, but had nothing ready to share:

Our hostess had a busy week and had "only" completed these two blocks...

But then shared this UFO of leftover block parts of another quilt:

Dee Dee showed off a sweet Sarah P quilt purchased from the Donation Bee:

Britt was happy to report that she completed this UFO:

Lynda finished another lovely quilt top...

And showed us the backing fabric she found to go with it:

Gayle made a number of placemats and layered them up, but is now ready to pass along the project:

Carol is buried beneath a mountain of moving boxes, but took the bundle to turn in at the Donation Bee:

Until next time...
Keep on sewing!!!

7/30/2026 CCLQ @ Cheryl's

Cherry Creek Lane Quilters (of the Nimble Thimble Bee) Welcome you to our weekly show-n-tell meeting.

DeeDee has completed the Paris Woodworker quilt done and ready for gifting.

Candy was showing us Throw Back Thursday Treasures.

Lynda's new fabric is ready for the Teddy Bear Park pattern.

Lynda has decided that this UFO from Passmore is going back.  Life is too short to be frustrated with a project that someone else will enjoy.

Deborah has started making a Patriotic quilt for the Countries 250th year.  She is using paper plates to keep the pieces for each block organized.  She upsized a technique for making a basket that is going to be used as a fitted cover for some display cases.  Way to think out of the box Deb.

Maggie has the Camper quilt trimmed and waiting for binding.

Joys got her latest original top and back together.

Gayle told us she is going to make some table runners with the remaining Ruth B fabrics she has been working with.

Cheryl is happy to receive some Camper Pot Holders from some of Maggies leftover fabric.  And she is happy to have used up some of her leftover autum fabric to make this wonderful sampler block top.

Ruth S. sent along 2 of her finishes.  The Halloween hat for her Grandaughter is sure to be a hit this October.

That's All for Now!
