4/10/25: CCLQ at Candy’s

 Welcome to the weekly meeting of the Cherry Creek Lane Quilters.  This week the group met at Candy’s home. 


Cheryl dazzled us with the this beautiful purple quilt inspired by Tula Pink’s book, 100 Modern Quilt  Blocks. Tula


Deborah added a border on this fully saturated quilt made from left over fabric for the Storm at Sea Quilt. 


Maggie completed this fun table runner with colorful triangles. 

Maggie shared the pattern and fabric for her next donation quilt. 

Maggie finished an adorable donation quilt and found the perfect green binding fabric at Bulltown Fabrics. 


Maggie shared another cute donation quilt. 


Maggie hit the jackpot at Bulltown Fabrics finding these panels on sale! 



Another find at Bulltown Fabrics…woven plaid cottons.


DeeDee finished this beautiful donation quilt with clever border. 

DeeDee purchased this wonderful “Tales from the Garden” fabric.

Carol has several quilts in the works.  She had a request for a baby quilt using white, cream and beige fabrics.  Luckily, Spoonflower Fabrics had some baby themed fabrics in those colors. 

Linda found some cool patterns on the Boho website. 

Linda shared this lovely purple block.  

Linda found some nice colors at Joann’s.


Candy took the group on a tour of quilts in her house.  This one is cleverly displayed on a door.

Cammie the cat seek refuge on a quilt made by Ella. 

Here’s the beautiful quilt made by Ruth S for Angela. The quilt was quilted by Gayle and Candy sewed on the binding. 

Candy finished a “Bonnie” quilt.
