Deedee continues to clean out the shelves sewing up this rail fence from batiks.

Maggie has a black and white baby with colorful center blocks and cat faces on the back.  Also a Yellow charm pack baby donation along with the bunk bed sized Ice cream cone 3 yard pattern.

Ruth has her challenge quilted and ready for trimming and binding.  It was suggested to bring the groups challenge quilts to the next Saturday meeting on the 18th ... that is if they haven't been donated yet.

Candy found some fabrics at the Pineapple sale  to make the Modern Lace quilt.

Lynda has a number of blocks done for the Cinnamon Sticks pattern and the Houses quilt was a joint effort in the quilting between Lynda and Britt.    It's going to be her cuddle quilt.  And she showed us the background Tilda fabric she got at the Hampton show.

Happy Birthday to Deedee.

3/2/2023 CCLQ @ Gayle's

Welcome to the Cherry Creek Lane Quilters weekly meeting.

A number of the quilters relayed tales of the recent trip to see the 2023 Hampton Show.  Keep reading to see what goodies they came home with.

Linda's favorite Group BTS RM INDIGO ALBUM inspired this pillow that has hand dyed center piece of fabric surrounded by some Spoonflower fabric.  The "INDIGO" center fabric was shared by another fan and it might find it's way back as a supper surprise.  She has also found a way to display her pin collection for the Group.

Carol has made a wonderful tote bag for her daughter to use when taking her grandson to his baseball games.   Another scrappy donation top and a finished baby girl charms on point done with a twist you can check out the tutorial at Missouri Star

Candy has tried out a new technique to make a couple of braid blocks.  And will be looking for fabric to make Modern Lace.

Ruth found a number of Kaffee fabrics for her next project "Lacy Log".  She also got back the Houses donation quilt and will be working on the binding.
