6/27/19 - CCLQ @ Dee Dee's

Welcome to the final meeting of June!!  The nine members of the Cherry Creek Lane Quilters who met at Dee Dee's house were in for a treat.  Brownie for breakfast!!  :o))

Joy and the Junior Quilter stopped by to take some pictures...

Dee Dee shared new pieces from her ICAD Challenge:

Ruth B. has finished her Woven-look donation quilt:

Margaret worked on binding this Sampler quilt:

Oh!  There she is:

I believe this was her most challenging block of the bunch:

Margaret also shared this Table Runner:

Jean worked on trimming an embroidery project:

Joanna did some drawing during the meeting:

The photo below shows the reverse side of Margaret's table runner:

You've got to LOVE a reversible pattern:

Jean did this Running Man embroidery for Margaret:

This towel was done as a gift for a friend:

Jean will also embroider this Running Shoe design for Margaret:

Here is a close-up of the Running Man:

Jean shared another gift:

Ella made this incredible Fused Fabric Ornament:

She found the 3-D Fabric Snowflake pattern at Shabby Fabrics:

Ella brought this fabric for Margaret to see:

Here's another look at her Snowflake:

The Junior Quilter has firm opinions about what to do with quilts:

This is another example for Margaret to see:

Ruth B. worked on finishing the last of the binding:

Margaret stitched on binding, too:

Joanna found this on a cruise stop:

This is the a closer look at the label:

Here is the laser cut applique:

Linda explained her next project:

She has quite the fabric collection:

"V" is for Victory, in Linda's eyes, a Virginia Championship quilt:

Lynda completed a wool applique block:

And another:

And another:

Here are the three of them together on the table:

Jean finished her trimming and moved on to coloring another border panel of her embroidered quilt in progress:

More might have gone on, but the fill-in editor missed it.

Until next time...
