Dee Dee...

Worked on cleaning up the studio today:

Since she'll be away during the upcoming Pineapple Trip for the Thursday group...

... She went this week and stopped at Calla Lily Quilts, too:

Just LOOK at the cute fabrics she purchased:

Several yards of cozy flannel...

And an impulse buy:

Next, Dee Dee used this pattern photo to make a donation quilt:

These are the fabrics she will be using:

She drew out the design to help her get everything in the right place:

And before long, blocks were going up on the design wall:

Here comes Ruth S...

She's been working on a donation quilt:

It's loaded with cute kitty fabric:

Big squares, too:

I don't recall if this was a kit:

Here is the border fabric:

Ruth later sent a photo of the quilt top so you could get a better look at her quilt top:

Carol finally arrived from sportsball with her grandson...

She will be working on these donation blocks:

Once Sera's blanket was done, Kirsten moved on to cutting up fabric scraps left on her table:

She's also been practicing her freemotion quilting:

Kirsten even made a paper mock-up of all the designs she is using:

Editor's Note...

Thank you, again, to Britt and Kirsten for working out the details for this event!  It made for an enjoyable day. I think all will agree that is was SEW productive!

Until next time...
