Happy Valentines Day! Eleven Cherry Creek Lane Quilters met at Margaret’s home. Excitement was in the air as Ruth S shared a special chocolate candy with everyone and a group of quilters were eagerly awaiting their trip to Pineapple Fabrics after the meeting.

Ruth B and DeeDee made a trip to Cary for fun. Ruth was excited to share this black and white fabric she found at Cary Quilt Company. She plans to use this fabric to make a quilt for Steve. |
DeeDee showed a flower block and reported that she made some more fabric covered art books. DeeDee is interested in making a Storm at Sea quilt and wants to use a paper pieced pattern for this. |
Candy finished gorgeous quilt top using the Swirly Girls pattern. |
Margaret made several mug rugs for the upcoming Umstead Trail Marathon. Her son is running in this race and the mug rugs will be door prizes. |
