Welcome to the weekly meeting of the
Cherry Creek Lane Quilters.
The group was hosted by Linda at the Passmore Center.
Maggie started off showing her version of the Melodic Mystery with the additional brown border. As well as the boxed stars that was made with the charm cutting oops mistake from making the mystery.
Deedee continues to bind this batik wonder but didn't want to show it again. Both She and Linda M. have been busy with gardens.
Ruth is clearing the sewing room of a number of donation tops and quilts.
This back is going to be pinned to the French Connection charms top that follows. The plan is to hang it up the stairs in the NC home.
Gayle found some finished blocks and decided it was ready to put together and quilt. Will make someone very happy when they receive this donation quilt.
Carol continues with the brights by doing a multi color binding. Photo doesn't show too well the sweet little dots on the back. Finally she has a panel with stars and tulips that match up with her 6 grandchildren.
Linda H. has been a busy sewer and made the same layer cake pattern that Lynda M. made a month or so back (don't recall the name). But she like it so much and had another layer cake in batiks so she did another one ... the black really makes the colors pop.
That's all for now ... until next week.

And we enjoy to quilt and spread the joy with donations and gifts of our quilts.
