Margaret made this quilt for her son. He's moving into his own apartment down in Wilmington, so (even though he didn't NEED a new quilt) she felt that a nautical themed quilt was in order. Cheryl did the quilting on this one:

She also had a TELL about the SALE at K's Closet in downtown Hillsborough that she and Cheryl B. attended. The owner bought a lot of Thimble Pleasures' remaining inventory and sells it at $8/yrd.
Everyone moved in closer to see if they could spot their own fabric scraps in the quilt! The gifted scraps were presented in this very room at the October 2015 Nimble Thimbles meeting:
Linda made a new quilt top. It's the Colorado block from Missouri Star Quilt Company:
She plans to apply mitered border to it today:

Happy Birthday "H" was a fun quilt to make, with its 30 dogs and 90 buttons to decorate the 30 pairs of eyes and 30 noses:
Summer Nausea was made with the leftover 9-Patch blocks from her Nausea quilt:
Jean halved a wool quilt batt to make this a light weight quilt. Just look at that ruler quilting!! She cheated and used the ruler to mark the quilting lines then used her walking foot:

Gayle was here!! She had a TELL. She has started her Tall Ship wool applique project that was purchased at Symposium. When finished, it will be framed to hang in her family room with the models that her husband has been making.
Since she is enjoying the process so much, Gayle is planning to make her own patterns upon the completion of this project.
