Maggie shared upcoming SALE information from Pineapple Fabrics:

Donation Quilts...

Deborah will be taking 13 lovely donation quilts to DOQ’s donation chairperson.

Joanna contributed 4 gorgeous quilts and Deborah shared photos of those:

Maggie picked up the quilts from Joanna and has one more that she’s sewing the binding on.  Maggie, Cheryl K and Deborah contributed one quilt each and Candy submitted six quilts.

Show and Tell...

Deborah:

Made a cushion with fabric from Donna (Ruth S’s friend in NY.) Making good progress on pink and gray baby quilt.  Shared fabric and other goodies from Pineapple Fabrics.  Favorite find was three dog appliqué kits for sister in law!

DeeDee:

Found some wonderful fabrics at Pineapple Fabrics. This week working on coasters to go with living room colors. Making more chickens!  Made two new masks from a different pattern.  Email DeeDee if you want the pattern:

Ruth B:

starting binding on black and white quilt.  Showed her Pineapple Fabric purchases. Made a new mask and plans to make more.

Candy:

finished up the turkey placemat for grandkids and plans to make another for her house. Working on a baby quilt using the diamond rects ruler.

Ella:

We were glad to see Ella this morning! :o)) Sorry that she had to leave early.  :o((

Lynda Mac:

getting ready to work on aprons.  Working on three lovely quilted table runners.

Britt:

Worked on marking and quilting the commission tree quilt background.  Showed the background of the quilt with diagonal lines radiating from the center. The wedge shapes will have more intricate quilting. Can’t wait to see this quilt! Working on a new purple rug!

Ruth S:

Went to Pineapple Fabrics with Ruth B. Found a colorful Pineapple Pack. Chose a pattern for tote bags.  Plans to sew the tote bags with her granddaughter. Found a “Life is Better at the Lake” fabric panel!  Plans to make something for the Bluff. Almost finished with donation quilt top for Joy.

Maggie:

Thanks To Ruth S for the butternut squash.  Maggie roasted it and her husband was reluctant to try it, but liked it and had second helpings. Maggie went to Pineapple Fabric.  Showed the frequent buyer card. Found several BOGOs! Shared her fabric selections. Making a table runner with tiny HST’s.

Carol:

working on decorating her home for Christmas.

Joy:

Showed Maggie’s Lutheran World Donation quilt with Baptist fan pattern. Made a beautiful binding for Maggie’s quilt. Light neutral month at Rainbow Scrap Challenge.  Joy made a lovely mini neutral quilt for her gallery wire. Made a kitchen quilt top using scrappy quilt idea from Jordan Fabrics using neutral fabrics.  Also working on a neutral basket.

Linda H:

and her sweet kitty joined our zoom meeting today.

Cheryl K:

cut up Japanese print and trying to come up with a pattern. Making masks too.  Has a new mask pattern. Uses light elastic with a bead so she can tighten it up. Pulled out colors from her stash to go with the fabric from Donna to make Scrappy Log Cabin quilt.
