Surprise!!! Gayle was feeling well enough today that she was able to join us from the hospital:
We were so happy to see Gayle and she was so glad to be able to participate today. She plans to get back into quilting once she is home and fully recovered.
Show and Tell...
Britt: cut some strips for January table runner. Rearranged her sewing room a bit.
Deborah...hasn’t worked on anything since sew Saturday. Plans to finish donation quilt top and work on block of the month blocks.
Ruth B: sewed together her donation quilt and sent a picture to Joy. Showed a second donation quilt she made with left over blocks and some blue.
Candy: went to Pineapple Fabrics with Maggie yesterday...called Gayle while there!
Candy went for one piece of light gray fabric...but also found a cubist gray and white for her gray and white and yellow quilt. A gorgeous purple batik! Harmony quilt pattern...Showed fabrics for that quilt.

Carol: Deborah was was trying to help Gayle get audio and didn’t hear what Carol had to say. Sorry, Carol! :(
Cheryl: butterfly quilt. Plans to make a quilt for a friend who will have surgery. New cutting board station on a desk or dresser.
Joy: made 2 cute pink cushions from left over basket scraps. Gray and white quilt.. New ruler.. Cut out some denim hand warmers.
Ella: working on a scrap quilt with tiny pinwheels and an awesome border. Has a lot of half square triangle left over.
DeeDee: Shared a donation quilt and bird pillow. Started a UFO and finished that for a donation quilt. Working on little project for art quilt group. Shared info on Free Fuse powder for quilt basting.
Lynda Mac: Showed her Lorna Doone quilt. Quilted by Britt. Lynda is sewing the binding on now. Started a new quilt ... String Stripes by Kaffe Fassett which features a gorgeous large rose print.
Ruth S: sewing binding on donation quilt. Thanked Maggie for helping her on Saturday for the Crazy Christmas runner. Giving some risers to Lynda for elevating a work surface. May have the I Spy quilt done by next week.
Maggie: Made a new Christmas tree wall hanging with Robert Kaufman fabrics and red border. Shared her fabric purchases from Pineapple. The “by the pound” table had panels so she got some panels and much more. Maggie won the Pineapple yesterday!
