Welcome to the Cherry Creek Lane Quilters weekly meeting!
Ella started a new project and was asking for advice on sashing size and layout options. Think we agreed 2" strips for sashing (1.5 finished) and use a darker brown for the corner stones. Not sure if it will be set on point or straight rows.
Ruth has her O's quilting started with the serpentine stitch. And Carol brought her back a quilted donation that is ready for trimming and binding.
Carol got the opportunity to try out Gayles longarm after last weeks meeting and did a wonderful job outlining her grandsons Batman panel. Guess who now has the longarm bug?

Deborah showed a few treats that Gayle is donating to Family House for their Bingo nights.
Candy showed the final binding (Thanks to Ella for the burgandy suggestion ... only fitting since the leaf fabric was hers to start with) and handed it over to turn in at the next Guild meeting.
Now that show-n-tell was done we were all Treated to a fabric fest (no tricks involved) of precuts that Candy was offering up for any one who could use them.

Sew until next week ...
