The June 10th meeting will be hosted by Maggie at our 9:30 - 11:30 timeframe, with Candy providing the refreshment. A number of members will be out of town. Looking forward to seeing all who are able to attend.
Show and Tell...
DeeDee : finished her last donation quilt. DeeDee used colorful crumb blocks for this dazzling quilt.
Deborah: made “Peep and Ducky”...two stuffed animals using fleece fabric for her granddaughter‘s birthday. These little creatures were based on the pre-K book, Peep and Ducky by David Walker. Luckily, Deborah was able to purchase a pattern for the duck on Etsy and downsized the pattern to make the little bird.

Candy: started quilting the unicorn quilt for her granddaughter. Enjoyed going to Pineapple Fabrics with Britt and Lynda.
Maggie: Working on binding for a lovely table topper. Showed an amazing quilt using some fabric from a fabric shop that she found on a road trip with DeeDee. Started a nice charm pack quilt that she worked on with Sheila.
Lynda: shared the fabrics she purchased from Pineapple Fabrics. Found two rolls of 6 inch Kaffe fabrics...one with hot colors and one with cool fabrics.
Ruth B: started piecing some beautiful fabrics for making a basket.
Gayle: planning a quilt for the DOQ quilt challenge. Finished the lovely Dresden Plate quilt top. Working on cleaning out the garage and working in the yard.
Cheryl K: working on machine quilting. Taking some rows out and adding more rows. Shared her fabrics from Pineapple Fabrics.
Joy: quilted a lovely quilt with DeeDee’s four patches. Last week started a beautiful modern quilt with solid fabrics This months’ color is purple. Still deciding on what to make. Showed the fabrics that her “personal shoppers” purchased at Pineapple Fabrics.
Britt: finished quilting a lovely donation quilt for Hands to Help. Britt shared a multitude of strips that she’s cutting today from selvage rolls she purchased at Pineapple Fabrics. Found a lovely gray and lavender floral fabric for backing.
