Gayle was our hostess for this week's Cherry Creek Lane Quilters meeting.  There were 10 members present to enjoy the yummy Lemon Poppyseed Scones and TWO pots of coffee. Thanks for having us, Gayle!

After a week of listening to Joanna ask if anyone had an extra ruler from Burkholders...

LOOK what she found when she shared her fabric purchases from our Lancaster Shopping Trip:

Deborah brought a surprise for those who couldn't be with us on last week's excursion to Lancaster and beyond:

She and Ella picked this up on their adventure last week.  It's something to consider for the future:

Cheryl K. worked on binding a quilt:

Jean spent the morning "fringing" her beautifully hand dyed rayon scarves:

Hooray!!  Linda is tracked out and made it to the meeting!!  She worked on "de-boning" richly-colored silk shirts that she purchased at the Thrift Store:

Not long after "the BIG reveal", 6 of us were off to Carrboro for lunch at The Spotted Dog.  The others had errands and missed a fabulous meal.  (Joy even tried something exotic!!  She had the (vegan) Curry Quinoa Burger, if you can believe it.  She said that it was DE-lish!!)
