Our guest, Lynda, started us off with this beauty:

Here is a close-up of those birds from Sue Spargo:

Gayle recently completed Aunt Grace 30's reproduction quilt:

She was touting the wonders of this color tool, which comes with many more of these discs:

Here is the entire Color Wheel by Katie Fowler:

Gayle had a TELL or two:

Jelli Printing supplies, FREE to a good home.

And the BIG one:

She will be downsizing to a 1400 sq. ft. house so...

Her  Gammill Longarm Quilting Machine is currently on sale for $10,000 and the price will be reduced $1000/year it takes to sell!!

Carol is working on this bright quilt for eldest son's girlfriend:

Carol's TELL:

Went to Pineapple with Linda and Gayle.  They were there for less than an hour.  She got the fabrics for her Blooming 9-Patch.  Her fabrics run from browns to greens.

Her other TELL is that her daughter is having a girl so she will be smocking.  Her son is having a baby in November and will know soon know what color quilt will need to be made.  Congrats!!

Joy came decked out in PINK for the Rainbow Scrap Challenge and shared the fabric that she used to make Rah, rah! Knife Roll:

She is going to transform these pieces into a quilted yarn bowl over the next several days:

Jean began with a TELL:

Britt was her enabler/personal shopper at Pineapple.  She helped her choose FQs and yardage for the pattern she is writing up.

Jean has been playing with her embroidery module and designed these Crossbody Bags as a 2 Hour Family House project:

She finished her embroidered Christmas Quilt from her Bernina class on getting to know her machine:

Here is a close-up of the blocks and border:

Here is another look at one of Jean's blocks:

Linda had no show:

Her TELL is that she had fun with Gayle and Carol at Pineapple.  So much so that she beat their purchase dollar amounts!!

Linda's other TELL is that she is ready to begin work on transforming the 2nd closet in her bedroom into a Quilt Closet!!

And, a TELL about Teacher Appreciation Day:

She received a package of FQs in blue batiks and TWO gift cards for JoAnn Fabrics.  Best. Gifts. EVER!!

These are Ruth B's Blooming 9 Patch fabrics from Pineapple:

She's not sure about one or two of them:

Ruth brought out some of the 17 Churn Dash blocks:

Britt - TELL - She now has a semi-permanent design wall in one of the upstairs bedrooms, affixed to the wall with Command Strips.

Her SHOW was this photo of her new Blooming 9-Patch:

Britt's other TELL is that her other Blooming 9-Patch will probably be called My Stash Made Me Do It or It's a Blooming Jungle! LOL

Lynda is currently adding flowers to the center of this quilt top:

She has alternate plans for the diagonal stripe section:

This is the pattern that Gayle was telling us about:

It was raining when the meeting was adjourned:

Until next time...
