It was surprising to see SEW many smiling faces this time around. Lisa even joined us from England! Unfortunately, a few people were unable to stay for both sessions, but Jean was able to capture this screen shot before some needed to leave:

Lisa shared her new patio, but with all the oohs and aahs, I wasn't able to get a picture. She promised to send a picture for the blog:
Lisa made sure to let us know that she enjoys seeing everyone's projects here on the blog and was happy to be able to join us today:
Candy has been compulsively making masks. She has made 71 of them! Including one for a friend at Family House and a special request from her grocery checker at Harris Teeter:
Carol has been making masks with ties for family, neighbors, and members of the Hillsborough Fire Department:
Ella apologized for forgetting to send out the meeting reminder:
Joanna doesn't feel like she's getting much done, but does have a quilt on the frame. She'll walk us there for a look:
Ella made a Hello Kitty mask for her neighbor girl and used hair ties for the ear loops:
Ruth S. relayed that she is saving her circles for summer in New York:
Linda (and her special guest) mentioned that she had trouble with scheduling today's meeting and thanked Deborah for filling in:

Linda reported that she started school again, but there are little more that 40 days until retirement!! She showed us the mask that she made and told us about the Colourwerx QAL that she and Candy have joined:
Candy made herself another UNC mask, since the first one was sideways:
Candy opted for the Mod Fish pattern for a baby quilt, while Linda will be making the Mod Cat pattern. There is also a Mod Dog in the quilt series:
That project is from 2 or 3 years ago. Recently, she's been making masks using T-shirt material for ties:
She explained the Olson pattern (tutorial) that she is using:
Carol is using 1.5" WOF for ties across the top and bottom and, of course, she made herself a UNC mask:
Cheryl K. needed to leave early to get to work in the garden:
Ruth S. shared her joy that Dori is sewing on her own. She has wound a bobbin and rethreaded the machine. This is one proud grandmother who is hoping for a future quilter:
