Show and Tell...

Ruth S:


Her TELL - Working on a project with a pattern that Maggie gave her last year.
She’s cutting out the pieces and will show next week.

Made pumpkins with the kids and that was fun:


With DeeDee’s encouragement, Ruth may get out dragon fly quilt to work on.

Britt:


Finished modern art quilt with tree and needs to quilt it:

New wall shelves go in today!  Still working on reorganizing quilt space and is finding all kinds of goodies... Like this package of elastic:


Recently got the NEW Janome 8200 Horizon QCP sewing machine:


It came with a knee lift...

Linda:

Reported that she is enjoying retirement (but still not quilting.)

Cheryl K:


Plans to make another Butterfly quilt.  Long and narrow, this time, for her kitchen wall.  She will be using...


... A selection of Fossil Fern fabrics:

She dropped her Bunk Bed Donation Quilt off to Britt for quilting:


Candy:


Sent out her thanks to Maggie for helping with the quilt  on the design wall.  Now, it's ready to put together:

Ruth B:


Decided to miter the striped fabric border. Britt shared an idea of using appliqué to miter the secondary borders.

Joy:


Quilted the Sapphire Stars quilt..sans stars:


Working on red piecing for the Rainbow Scrap Challenge...


... While using leaders and enders to make progress on niece’s wedding quilt...


At the same time, she was trying to finish up her Secret Sewing project:


Joy also made a mini red x quilt...


 ... And has completed 4 quilts on the long arm in two weeks.  This is the latest, shown after trimming:


Maggie:


Has been working on her Summer Bouquet quilt top made with a layer cake:


She has done everything except the border...


... Which involves piecing a LOT of little squares:


Maggie checked in to see who wanted this pattern next and Candy piped up:


Ella:


Shared an Alex Anderson circle block...

Had a TELL - Working on red, white and blue blocks from Joanna.

Dee Dee:


Bought stripes and dots tea towels at Quilt Lizzie...


... And plans to embellish them, but not like the packaging:


Finished a donation quilt.  Ruth S.  gave her the squares for this quilt four years ago and Sarah quilted it:

For her TELL, Dee Dee shared that she has almost all the strip sets made for the musical bargello quilt that she's making.  She later sent a photo for us to see of the project up on her design wall:
